The term “place” refers to the geographic level below an ICS (Integrated Care System). Placed-based partnerships involve local government playing an important leadership role in recognising our shared priorities and the scope for joint action. Child Health Profiles 2023
This profile provides a snapshot of child health in this area. It is designed to help local government and health services improve the health and wellbeing of children and tackle health inequalities.
Milton Keynes Health Profile 2019
It provides a picture of the health of people in Milton Keynes City, and will support Milton Keynes City Council and Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Clinical Commissioning Group to understand the health needs of the whole community so that we can work together to improve people’s health and reduce health inequalities.
