HWB Strategy 2018-2028 FINAL.pdf

Health and Wellbeing Strategy

The Health and Social Care Act 2012 gives health and wellbeing boards specific functions which include the preparation of Joint Strategic Needs Assessments (JSNAs) and Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategies (JHWSs). These are duties of local authorities and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs).

The current Health and Wellbeing strategy can be found here

The priorities in our Health and Wellbeing strategy have been shaped by the views and experiences of our residents, partners and stakeholders. They are based on a detailed analysis of the evidence – which we call our Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA).
